  •  WHY INVEST IN COUNTRY SIDE?

The central part of Bulgaria thrives thanks to its favourable climate all over the year. Here we are enjoying warm summers and mild winters. The key location contributes to an easy access to snowy mountains, the sunny Black sea, various spa resorts and historical places of interest.

It is the ideal location for those whose work is Internet - based or those who want to set up their own business in Bulgaria and need to reach their clients easily, as well as for these who are willing to relocate due to lower cost of living and much healthier lifestyle.

Unlike the seaside and mountain properties, habitable for only part of the year, properties located in the middle of the country are liveable thought the whole year. No fear of being cut off in the winter or having to put up with tourists in high season.

Rural properties have a lot of potential. Majority of them offer enormous gardens hardly affordable in other countries. It is actually possible to have a property at a reasonable cost built up to European standards with a plot of land between 1000 and 3000 square meters.

Generally Bulgaria offers cheap living but if you reside in hinterland all prices are roughly twice lower than the city ones. Within this meaning, the EU funds worth considering, especially the Rural Development Programme.

Moreover, the world's largest low-cost airline, Irish company Ryanair, has recently launched a new route from London Stansted to the Bulgarian city of Plovdiv which is only 90 km from Stara Zagora.
