What do I need to know about the buying process?

According the current legislation (the Constitution of 1991) non-nationals can buy the building, the right to build and other land related rights such as the right of use & passage except buying the land itself. This, however, can be avoided by registering a company in Bulgaria, with yourself as sole director and beneficiary. Then, your company can buy and own both the house and the land freehold for it. The company registration and all company book-keeping are organized by us. Other services such as property management, insurance and security systems also available.
